The key points of high-pressure sizing process are high speed, high pressure, and low viscosity. Usually, the starting point for high-pressure sizing is the pressure increase rate ≤ 100%, i.e. the sizing rate/solid content ≤ 1. Equivalent pressure grouting "refers to the grouting effect where the grouting rate reaches the rated pressure of 40kN when reaching the maximum speed of 100m/min, regardless of any speed within the rated range of the sizing machine, set according to the rated pressure grouting and maximum speed of the sizing machine itself.
Normally, the normal speed is between 70% and 80% of the rated speed, which means that the sizing force of the yarn variety is within the range of 20kN to 40kN at the normal speed. If the sizing coverage is high, the sizing force should be increased accordingly. Many yarns, especially those with a high coverage rate in the sizing slot, such as those with coarse yarn sizes and high warp density, are difficult to achieve high sizing speed and require high pressure sizing to achieve good sizing and hairiness fitting effects; For varieties with finer yarn sizes and lower warp density, although the sizing speed can be increased, the requirements for sizing force are not too high, and the sizing force can be moderately reduced.
In production, the sizing pressure cannot be set uniformly, and it needs to be adjusted based on the yarn variety and sizing coverage. The high-pressure sizing process has a wide variety of adaptability, with a large coverage rate of sizing, and a corresponding increase in sizing force. If the coverage rate of sizing is low, the sizing force can be appropriately reduced.
